The Banque Transatlantique is a French bank that was founded by Eugène Péreire in 1881, and remains as one of France's oldest private banks. Its ownership was acquired in 1941 by Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC) in the context of the Vichy anti-Jewish legislation.
