Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 5, 2026, Liberty Media Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Renee L. Wilm will transition from her role as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the Company, Liberty Live Holdings, Inc. and Liberty Broadband Corporation to become Senior Advisor to the companies, effective later this year. As Senior Advisor, Ms. Wilm will continue to provide strategic guidance and counsel to the Company, Liberty Live and Liberty Broadband leadership teams while supporting key initiatives across the companies. Ms. Wilm will also continue as Chief Legal Officer with GCI Liberty, Inc.
